Another amazing question. This is a bit different. As the digital products are created in our Digital Independence Programme, with the intention being that we teach our participants these skills so they can sell the digital products and be independent financially and otherwise, this is their own decision - however it will warm your heart to know that 50% of income generated through the sale of the digital products goes to a fund which is used to supply AAC devices to non verbal autistic children and sensory toys for those 'severely affected'.

Augmentative Alternative Communication devices are amazing at helping non verbal children learn to communicate. This year the Irish Government decided to give €1m to a national autism charity who plan to operate a pilot scheme whereby the 'test' the AAC devices with upto 500 children in Ireland - OUR GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS WERE GIVING THESE TO THOSE IN NEED IN 2020. AND WE GAVE AWAY MORE THAN 500 AAC DEVICES IN JULY 2023 ALONE.

If you haven't heard of us it's because we've pretty much gone about our business quietly. For one we don't do what we do for publicity, secondly we don't have the government funding to spend on advertising and PR (if we did we'd spend it on AAC devices, sensory toys etc) and thirdly we didn't really know how. In the past year, running the Digital Independence Programme has taught us how to start making a noise online, organically, which is slower... but that's ok... with the help of the public sharing our message, we'll get there....
